I use this elastic to sew onto men’s hunting gaiters. This lets them pull the elastic tight with a toggle to keep tight around their boots to keep them from getting snake bit when in the woods.

I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

I got this because my local crafty store (rhymes with “Bo-Jann Dabrics”) doesn’t sell tactical elasticky rope thingies for tying things. (And, just FYI, that store doesn’t sell trash bags or concrete mix either, in case you have a similar project). So, Amazon to the rescue and this elastic doesn’t disappoint. It’s black. It’s stretchy. And it can be used for all kinds of projects. What more could you ask??! Save yourself the trip to the crafty store and get you some of this!

Works well. I used this to run through tarp rivets to cover our sandbox. It has a bit of stretch, which is what I wanted, and keeps the cover on well! It also is easily tied in a bow, which I'm glad for.

Me llegó antes de lo planeado. El material es de primera. Aunque pedí 3/16 y me llegó 1/8, no lo devolví porque lo ocupe para un brincolín que es de mi hijo que tiene autismo y era necesario cambiar unos tensores.
