This Ultralight Pocket Folding Stove is the standard Esbit-style folding stove with the addition of a flat surface top for a pot stand, yet still folds away in the same amount of space. It's a good idea and I'm glad to add it to my camp stove collection. I didn't realize, though, that it would be this weird color--not the usual aluminum, it's more of a trumpian fake gold. I look forward to burning it soon in the hope it will take on a different color. One star off due to the color.

Very clever design but sadly they made the top hole too big. It should be smaller or have a cross little bar to hold small caps in place. I did my own crossing bar which perfectly and fits perfectly inside for storage but sadly the manufacturer missed that!

This is a sturdy folding stove. It is larger than my other pocket stoves, and comes with a storage bag to keep soot from getting all over. A tiny bit heavier, but that is due to the size and durable construction. The topper/pot stand also adds a nice touch so you can add fuel if needed while cooking and the unit won't wobble or tip your pot. Great with fuel cubes or twigs. Quality little stove, I am happy with it.

I like the idea that it’s a very compact stove and it has a cover on it to hold items you’re trying to hit.However, instead of taking out that huge oval I would’ve preferred if they made it look something more like a burner with maybe 2/3 of the metal removed yet enough structural integrity so you could sell a small item on top of it such as a Stanley cook pot or cup. In order to use this you have to precariously balance it on the edge unless you’ve got something bigger which kind of defeats the purpose of having a cooking source that you can put in your pocket.However you can bring a cup of water to boil or almost boil using one of the solid fuel tabs.Who’s a good value for the price but either I’m going to modify it myself to provide more support or maybe the manufacturer will get the message from this halfhearted not too bad not too good review and remove a little less metal so that you can put anything on it and still get it to heat and provide support sufficient so it’s not going to warp or bend.
