I'm new to the world of these hot pot combos; always eyed them but didn't take the plunge. I have a pressure cooker and a slow cooker but not the all-in-one.Upon opening, the cooker was packaged as a new item but the mirrored metal area around the pressure valve was stained all along its length - ick. It did clean up easily; I counted it as possible testing residue - I'm being generous- and moved on. Love the removable interior pot which cleans up easily.I found the instructions awkward at best. I don't mind complexity but I did find the button options and written instructions to be frustrating, involved guesswork, and in one case were incorrect. The pics are not sharp, and labeling is iffy. For instance, under 'Getting Started', the pics/drawings for steps 1 and 2 are absent, while step 5 "Make sure the antilock shield is correctly assembled" has an undecipherable image, so dark I still don't know what it is supposed to look like... however, it appears whoever 'pre-tested' my item may have installed this, as well as the 'condensation collector', another dimly illustrated step which was 'pre-installed'. I also found pp.11-17 obtuse (instructions for each preset cooking button). The chart on p.10 became my go-to for key information regarding each cooking option. On p.19 the time delay instructions were plain wrong for my cooker. To set the time delay, press "Preset" to engage the time delay, and then repeatedly press the "Preset" button to advance the time delay by 1/2 hr. intervals until you get the delay you wish. The +/- function did not work, and there is no way to decrease the time delay other than starting over. Note that to customize cook time for presets, the +/- option works... just not for time delay.Once I had worked my way past these issues (and a few more), I found this pot worked beautifully, with easy cleanup. My teen+ kids use it successfully on their own -- with my written instructions. One more note: the "keep warm" function is a nice option, but I found I could not adjust the temp, which was a bit cool. I wish this was adjustable. Conclusion - in the end, this is a decent kitchen item, but with some quirks and obtuse instructions; the "keep warm" is only lukewarm and not customizable.

My Ninja Foodi release valve broke. When I tried to get a replacement valve, I found they were no longer making my Foodi, and I could not get a valve. I use the pressure function on my Foodi more than anything else, and I was even planning on buying a whole new system just for the pressure cooker. During my search, I found this pressure cooker. I was concerned it wouldn't work the same, but I was pleasantly pleased when it did everything my Ninja did. I actually like it better. This cooker has 12 settings, including preset, keep warm, slow cook, steam, beans, chicken, rice, soup, fish, stew, multigrain, and porridge. The only setting it doesn't have, like my Foodi, is the yogurt setting, but I never used it, so I don't miss it. This cooker makes the best beans but can be used for all types of foods, experimenting with new recipes. I am very pleased.

This is a nice, large pressure cooker (similar to an instant pot). It can hold a large amount of food and has a variety of settings. I recommend this.

I’m new to pressure cookers so I don’t have much to compare against. It’s easy to setup and use. Plenty of presets but manual adjustments is my preferred way to go since I tend to lookup cook times and recipes. I don’t see a point at spending another 70 bucks for a name brand. Would recommend.

I love using my brand-name electric pressure cooker for cooking chicken to shred, soups, and cooking beans (pinto, great northern). My husband and I needed to have an extended stay in our RV for the winter in a different state, but I didn't want to bring my normal pressure cooker from our home. I ordered this MOI Pressure Cooker as a replacement. I have been extremely happy with its performance!I tried to use it just as a one pot cooker to boil water for pasta. I used the deep-fry function, but it took way longer than I hoped get my water to even start to boil. It would work for that, but I will just use my stove top for that. It did saute some onions and garlic nicely, and that was great! The pressure cooker function worked perfectly for cooking some boneless, skinless chicken breasts to shred up for soup. I cooked it for the same amount of time I would in my name-brand pressure cooker, 17 minutes, and then natural pressure release, and the chicken cooked perfectly and shredded easily.I have also cooked rice in it twice. The manual doesn't really give instructions on how to cook rice, so I found a recipe online, and did as instructed for that. Equal rice and water (since a pressure cooker keeps the water in and from evaporating you're not supposed to need extra), and cook for 4 minutes for long-grain rice and then natural pressure release. The first time the seal wasn't seated correctly and so it never came to pressure. I noticed the water had pretty much evaporated, so I added back in the same amount of water I started with, reseated the seal and put the lid back on. I figured it was probably ruined, but would try again with the same batch. The rice cooked up okay! The grains were a bit softer than I normally like due to the extra water, but it was good enough for our meal. The second time I decided to do 1 rice to 1.5 water to account for the evaporation due to the time it takes to come to pressure. That worked out perfectly for me!Verdict is that it works amazingly well, and it is easy to clean too! Recommend!
