Takes about an hour to heat up to start actually getting the chocolate to flow. That was with pre-melted chocolate. Other than that works great.

Given the low price I was worried that some of the complaints about chocolate clumping, unequal heat, etc. would be an obvious problem. It wasn't.My experience was that when you follow the instructions and use the proper chocolate and oil, the system worked well. You can see pretty even flow in the pictures. I did find that I needed to adjust the feet to make the fountain more level (apparently my table wasn't as level as I thought) to make the flow even more even.I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to clean. The key was to wait long enough for it to cool but not so long as to allow the chocolate to become hard.My wife loved it and the kids...well they liked it better than a carnival ride! ;)

Loved This! It worked perfectly! Just make sure the chocolate is melted if you want to use the product right away.
