El producto tiene muy buena presentación, viene muy bien empacado y después de hacer los ajustes necesarios, todo parecía ir bien pero al utilizar internet inalámbrico, YouTube no se reproducía correctamente. Le tuve que poner alámbrico y ya funcionó. Después probé un bluray UHD e igual funciona bien pero ojo, si tu televisor no cuenta con Dolby Vision, tienes que desactivarlo. El verdadero problema fue al utilizar la entrada para USB. NO reconoce la mayoría de los formatos de sonido más comunes en archivos MKV, no reconoce discos externos SSD. Se congeló y ya no respondía el bluray. Tuve que desconectarlo y volverlo a programar. Dudé mucho para comprarlo pero tenía la esperanza que fuera más compatible con cualquier formato y no fue así. Mucho dinero perdido. No lo quise regresar porque Amazon no me devuelve el total completo, descuenta el impuesto pagado por la importación. No lo recomiendo en absoluto si quieres ver tus películas, series, etc. mediante el puerto USB

Es un Player SONY original (modificado por una compañía para hacerlo multiregión, similar a los que se modifican para usarse en la ISS) excelente producto, vienen las instrucciones para hacer los cambios de región en los formatos DVD (los formatos más restrictivos) soporta sistema PAL (europeo) y NTSC. Bastante completo, hace upscale de formatos de resolución baja a formato 4K (con sus debidas limitaciones)

This is a heavy, well-built blue ray player. Haven't tried a 4K blue-ray yet, but bought it to be future-proof in case I start collecting those. Regular blue ray plays flawlessly including UHD which looks great on our TV. The menu system is decent--- let's be honest, no disc player has an apple-like user experience -- but it's better than most. I played a european-region DVD (Notre Dame on Fire -- great docu-reenactment) and it just worked, I didn't even have to go through the region-change process. Finally, this is built like a tank. It's heavy, metal, pretty big. Not your all-plastic junk that will break.

Excelente calidad de este Bluray 4K Ultra HD... que además de su gran calidad en Imagen y Audio, tiene la capacidad de reproducir la mayoría de los formatos digitales incluso SACD (Super Audio CD).La posibilidad de poder reproducir BD y DVD's de cualquier región lo hace un equipo Top

Just tried to play a Region 2 DVD and got "Playback prohibited by region code" message.No instructions inside box on which color represents which region, but I tried all 4. Power off, Yellow, Power On, DVD Icon on screen, Play, Error Message. Rinse, Repeat.Quite possible I'm doing something really stupid, but my previous Sony Region Free always worked without issue.Not happy that I'm looking at returning this, but will.

So far no freezing or skips. In fact, this machine plays damaged discs that my old Blu Ray player did - or could not play.Let me also reiterate for those of y’all, that may not know: the 4k picture is truly better than any other small screen. If you are streaming, you are not truly seeing the beautiful crisp depth that a hard copy 4k disc can deliver. To get this you will need a 4k tv, a high speed HDMI cable, a 4k Blu ray player and a 4k UHD Blu ray disc.For those of us that care about picture quality this is the only way to go. For those of us that care about streaming censorship, or streaming availability, then hard copies of your favorites is a great investment.

Reproduce casi cualquier media que le pongas en alta calidad tanto video y musica.Se ajustó muy bien a la pantalla Samsung que uso.Hay dos cosas que podrían mejorar:1. NO hay salvapantallas cuando estas escuchando música (o no encuentro en el menú como ponerlo).2. No tiene app para controlar por wifi o BT (o no la he encontrado).

The Sony Ultra 4K X-800M2 player is a solid build and offers HDR10 and Dolby Vision playback capabilities, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X as well as hi-res audio support and a host of fantastic other features. Fayz Electronics shipped the player in less than 7 days and assured me that it was an original product from Sony with Multi region code free player that includes Netflix and youtube streaming, however prime video is missing. The player I received is original from the seller with a sealed box from Malaysia. On performance, the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray discs and standard Blu-ray discs all lived upto its expectations and displayed onscreen HDR10 content. The player can play almost all audio files formats FLAC, ALAC and even DSD for audiophiles. Blu-ray/DVD upscaling is not that great, its not worth trying to upscale all your favorite old low definition movies on your 4K screen. Use the BRAVIA mode as the feature is optimized for BRAVIA Sony TVs. Overall, One of the best players from Sony with excellent image quality, and is a good choice if you are looking for a universal player over the Panasonic DP-UB820 which is a bit better, but more expensive.
