These heavy work out ball are awesome. It makes the arm stronger for hitting. I recommend this for young baseball player's. My son is 7 years old and he's already showing improvement on hitting.

Great balls! They last until you lose them. Have used these for years for baseball teams 12u-14u and still use them for my HS player. Good quality, take a ton of abuse. Great swing feedback! Have bought these before and will continue to do so -I usually lose a few each year. Would never pay for TCBs again -too expensive!

As a travel baseball coach for 9U, this is one of my absolute top items for training. These weighted balls don't go too far for even the biggest of hitters. A solid, hard-hitting swing will carry the ball an average of 6-8 feet through the air, and another 25 ft. rolling. This makes fielding "hits" quick and convenient. Besides convenience, the VALUE of these training tools is to teach follow-through. A hard swing that isn't "followed through" will almost always result in the ball landing a few feet from the plate. This teaches the athlete the importance of making contact and continuing to power through the swing. Tip: Get three players at a time and have them compete to see who's ball goes the furthest.
