This ships in two pieces that has to be clamped together with the supplied clamp. The flange that bolts to the exhaust manifold did not line up and had to have each hole elongated to get it to go onto the studs. The o2 sensor bung is not in the exact location but is usable. After modifying the flange it did fit and was working based on the data from the rear o2 sensor. Was installed on a 2003 GMC envoy 113 inch wheel base (no 3rd row seats).

The bolt pattern is off, doesn't completely mount up correctly

Per the mechanic(s) this part does not fit my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. In order to have the art fit, they recommend they could modify part or not use it al all.This is very discouraging as the description states this part should fit my truck.
