Cooking with Non-stick Cookware

I have used many different brands of 10 inch pans. This one has the flat bottom needed for my glass cooktop. It is a great looking pan with deep sides, so whatever I’m cooking doesn’t escape when stirring or turning. It appears very durable and cleans up easily. It heats evenly and the interior coating helps a lot. I am very pleased with this pan. The lid is also very nice. I highly recommend this pan and lid combo.

Es un sartén de bastante calidad , realmente no se pega nada , la tapa de cristal templado sella muy bien , hermético , la recomiendo para uso doméstico.

Es un sartén excelente. Estuve demorándome en comprar palas de silicona para cuidarlo porque otros se han dañado con las palas de madera o plástico, pero no lo he hecho y lo he estado usando con esas palas por algunos meses y está intacto. Es muy resistente y con buena capacidad. Tener tapa lo hace muy versátil.

realmente es cierto, este sartén pesa mucho a comparación de otros.el que el mango sea de silicona y no esté al borde del sartén permite no se empiece a deshacer por el calor como pasa con otras marcas.la función antiadherente hasta el momento muy buena, aunque yo uso cucharas de silicona, lo que permite que protejas más tiempo esta función.el único pero que le pondría yo es que la tapa es algo irregular (no se si el sartén) y no sella en su totalidad; sin embargo, se cocina bien.sin duda el mejor sartén que he tenido hasta el momento.

Unfortunately way larger (diameter) and shallower than I anticipated, the heating part of my hob does not cover the full diameter of the pan base, probably only about 23. Said that, once the pan is hot all round it cook's great and cleans easily, I don't use soap or and scourers, generally only use paper towels to wipe down. If loads of food leftover on pan I rinse off with just hot water.

Llegó perfectamente empaquetado y sin defectos. Llevo con él un par de semanas y funciona de maravilla, no se le pega nada, y lo cuido mucho, por supuesto. Trae sus instrucciones para el cuidado. Pesa un poco con respecto a otros más ligeros pero me gusta, se siente resistente. Aun no lo pruebo en el horno pero este que viene con mango de silicona se supone que aguanta hasta 180 grados celsius.

Llevo unos pocos días usandolo pero indudablemente es una maravilla de sartén, las instrucciones de uso sugieren "curarlo" cada 10 ciclos en lavavajillas pero de igual forma es una excelente alternativa para cocinar sin aceite, no se le pega nada y lo restos o manchas que se le puedan llegar a quedar se limpian bastante sencillo al lavar. Eso sí es algo pesado por lo que es un poco más engorroso de lavar que cualquier otro sartén. Actualizaré en unos meses con mis impresiones después de más tiempo de uso.

I bought this fry pan two weeks ago and it is one of the best items in my kitchen. The pan is well built and very sturdy. The glass top is great to see the food as it is cooking, and it also fits my other stainless 12" pan. Cleaning up is a snap. After using the pan all I need to do is wipe the inside of the pan with a damp sponge towel and it is ready for the next use. Food doesn't stick at all. Clean up works best if the pan is slightly warm.I read some of the other reviews that were not satisfactory in the buyers opinion and the only thing I can see is that they didn't follow the manufacturers recommendations to "season" the pan before first use and to keep the heat lower when cooking. How can you expect a pan to work properly when you don't follow the recommendations ?I would recommend this pan to anyone who loves to cook with a non-stick pan.

El teflón es bueno, pero para ser publicitado como titanio, tengo otro que es mucho más resistente a utensilios y el metal más grueso.Otra cosa que no me gusta es el mango, hay un margen entre la goma y el sartén donde se ensucia y es difícil de limpiar ahí.También el mango está agarrado del sartén con tornillos que sobresalen en la superficie que calienta, haciéndolo súper complicado de limpiar en esa zona.Algo que sí me gustó es el fondo del sartén que no es estampado sino grabado y parece que reparte mejor el calor.La tapa sí esta Muy buena y se puede usar con el resto de sartenes de la marca.
