Do not buy! I hooked this up and it was running just fine on my 3-year old Windows 10 computer. Then I tried to play a game and it started screeching! Apparently it cannot handle a 3-year old GeForce 3080Ti video card. This is a two generation old video card playing a game (Far Cry 5) from 2018. It is extremely underpowered. Maybe it's good for your grandparents laptop so they can read their Yahoo mail and Fox News. But for any modern computer running serious applications, it cannot handle the load.

I had this UPS charging, with nothing plugged into it, for over two days after I unboxed it. It has never been able show a charge higher than 75%. Either the battery is defective or the built in gauge is defective. Either way, this isn't a product I want running 24/7 in my house. Returned.

Very easy to setup….a monkey could do it! Kept my PC running during several power outages.
