It is very suitable for Chinese cooking methods, it conducts heat quickly, is easy to clean, and is light in weight!

This wok is prone in rust if you do not clean properly..its not pure stainless steel..I do stainless steel test liquid and the result is 202 stainless which is high in carbon that can cause rusting ..not 304 or 316 that low in carbon composition

Like the stainless steel. Cleans easily. It can take the heat. The large size allows to cook a meal at a time. Good surface. Be sure to get a ring for it to sit on the burner.Handle is welded nicely on. No problem holding on to it while cooking but it's better to use a ring with it.

This wok is very Asian, you need a fire stove, real fire. And because it is not the heavy and high end wok or pot, this actually transfer heart very fast. Basically if anyone know Asian Chinese cooking, the black wok style, this is the maintenance free and home version. I do my lard using this and well, perfect. Then using some lard 2 eggs and a bowl of leftover rice I made my best fried rice. Always bear this in mind, if you want to use stainless steel wok or other carbon steel wok, you need to have hot wok and cold oil, you always gets a lot of smoke when cooking. And you need a base for round wok, put a ball on the floor and you blame it for rolling?
