I am new to strength training. These seem like a good fit for me- 3 lbs. I have used multiple times and arms were not sore the next day.

Love these. Use them for wrist rehab. Like it has the strap so is easy for staying in place and they are long and thin so perfect for doing all exercises, as I use the tail ends of them for rehab too. Colors change for weight size so easy to see to grab, you don't need to look for a number of lbs on them. Soft foam around them so nice to grab too. Perfect for working out too. Great adjustable hand weights that I'm using as part of my physiotherapy for a fractured shoulder. I ordered the 4 lb. weights and liked them so much; I followed up with an order for the 3lb. and then 2 lb. pair that are arriving at different times. Disappointed I ordered these weights as individual orders as I now see I could have ordered the entire set of three as a package deal for a much better price! It ended up costing $35.00 more by ordering individually. Valuable lesson learned. Other than that, I can't complain about the quality of the product. They are well made, comfortable and I love the vibrant colours.
