I have had this bolster for a few months and I absolutely love it! The stuffing makes it solid which is what you need for yin yoga. Great value for the money, color hasn’t faded, and I can tell it’s going to last a long time.

This is a really nice, very well made yoga bolster with nice details. Handles on both ends, removable cover, padding on the ends around the center core of hard foam. It is quite firm, and ended up not being what I needed as it was to raise my knees while sleeping because of a back injury. For that purpose, it's too firm. The purple color, quality and well thought out design are pluses. It doesn't have any give at all, though. I considered keeping it to fill with softer stuffing of some kind because it is so well made, but decided just to go with a cotton filled, adjustable yoga bolster instead, so this was returned. Probably as a restorative yoga prop it's good.

I really, really like this bolster. As a beginner at yoga who’s got some junk in her trunk, I can’t (yet) completely sit cross-legged on my mat. Until I lose some more weight, I need help sitting and this bolster does the job perfectly. It is sturdy and supportive and allows me to sit in various yoga poses.This bolster is also really good support for resting my head when I do the child’s pose because, again, my bulk prevents me from completely relaxing into the pose.A few additional details I love:I really like the handle on the one end as it makes it easy to carry. The bolster cover has a zipper which I presume means you can take the cover off and wash it.
